Overview
The 7 Days Tour from Casablanca is a good first trip to Morocco for travelers flying in and out of the same airport. In one week you see the blue town of Chefchaouen, Roman Volubilis, a guided day in the Fes medina, a night in the Erg Chebbi dunes and the kasbah villages of the south. The loop then crosses the High Atlas to Marrakech before a short drive back to the coast. Most nights are spent in family-run riads, with one night in a desert camp and one in a Dades Valley hotel. It works well for couples, friends and families who like some structure but want free time too.
One week, one loop, and you fly home from the city you landed in.
What to expect
Wander the blue-washed lanes of Chefchaouen
See mosaic floors at Volubilis
Tour Fes el Bali with a local guide
Sleep in a tented camp in Erg Chebbi
Cross the High Atlas by Tizi n'Tichka
