Overview

Tour Overview

The 4 Days Tour from Tangier is a short, well-paced loop through northern Morocco for travelers arriving by ferry from Spain or landing at Tangier airport. It suits first-time visitors, couples and families who want history and city life rather than long desert drives. You begin in the Rif mountains with a night in Chefchaouen, then head south past olive groves to the Roman site of Volubilis and the imperial city of Meknes. Two nights in a Fes riad give you time for a guided walk through Fes el Bali and a free afternoon. The last day follows the motorway to Rabat and the Atlantic coast, finishing at the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca.

Four relaxed days linking the Rif mountains, two imperial cities and the Atlantic coast.
